Made-to-Order Policy

All products are individually handcrafted and made to order after purchase. Because each unit is specifically produced for the customer and undergoes detailed assembly and flight testing, we do not accept general returns or cancellations once production has begun.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the product is made-to-order and therefore not eligible for return unless it arrives defective or damaged.

7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Not functioning as intended

You may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Include your order number in the request

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

No Returns or Refunds (Made-to-Order Items)

Because every product is custom produced and not mass-stocked, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect expectations

  • Event timing issues

  • Minor aesthetic preferences

Refunds are not issued once production has started or the item has been shipped, except in cases where a replacement cannot be provided for a verified defect.

Replacement Processing

If your replacement request is approved:

  • Our team will inspect the issue

  • A replacement unit will be prepared and shipped

  • You may be asked to return the defective item depending on the case

Replacement processing time may vary due to the handcrafted production process.

Non-Eligible Cases

We cannot offer replacements for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Modifications made after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect operation not following provided instructions

Please carefully follow all safety and operating guidelines included with the product.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once handcrafted production has begun. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Cancellation approval depends on the production status.
